Every day while driving one comes across instances of bad behaviour by the cyclist 'mafia'
They are, seemingly, totally oblivious to road markings, red lights, the law regarding use of lights in the dark etc, etc.

Cycling is a really good thing and is to be encouraged.
However cyclists MUST learn that they have to obey the laws of the land as do the rest of us??
