Here was my poor old car sitting outside the house when Google Street View came by and now it’s on the internet for everybody to see.
I feel really sorry for it that nobody bothered to ask it if it minded being photographed in an unkempt state.

OK. No real problem for me but I can see that a lot of other people wouldn’t be too happy.

It’s a bit of a dilemma really as I’m a great advocate of everybody being able to photograph anything they want to if it’s in a public place.

I’m not at all sure what I’m trying to say in this post so I will shut up

Fans of Pink Floyd could soon be unable to buy their songs individually on websites like iTunes after lawyers for the rock band won a High Court ruling against EMI.

Band members took the record label to court on Tuesday arguing it had broken a 1999 contract.

Lawyers for Pink Floyd had argued that a clause in the contract “expressly prohibits the sale of albums in any configuration other than the original configuration”.

In a way I can see their point but surely it’s a bit late now???
These guys are all multi, multi millionnaires now so why should it bother them??
There must come a stage when you have got enough money to live out the rest of your life in luxury and I reckon that this four/three have reached that stage now??
In every album there have to be tracks that you like and those you don’t.
Why shouldn’t you be able to pick and choose??

I suppose I am being devils advocate here because I have bought every album on CD and vinyl that they have ever produced so it doesn’t affect me but I would be fascinated to hear their logic
