Well Said
People are angry. Not just on the internet, not just on the blogs and forums, but everywhere.
You meet them on the street where they point their faces in any direction other than the one they are moving in, just so they can bump into someone and vent a little anger on them. In the supermarkets they angle trolleys across the aisles just to get in someone else’s way, so they can huff when asked to move it. They get really huffy if you just shove it aside but hey, they’re looking for someone to be angry at so I’m just being helpful.

Dogs
I don’t have a dog but if I did I would be seriously pissed off with this idea.
All dog owners in England and Wales would have to insure against their pet attacking someone under Labour proposals to tackle dangerous breeds.
Police and local authorities could also be given powers to force owners of dangerous dogs to muzzle them or even get them neutered.
The government should just butt out of our lives.
I will never understand this increasing need to make regulations about every single part of my life.
I am 62 years old. I know how I want to live my life by now.
It is my decision how I do it as long as I don’t harm anyone else??
The overwheming number of dogs in this country are well behaved.
Their owners take them for walks once or twice a day (maybe even three times in my friends case) and they live happy and contented lives without biting anybody.
Because a very small minority of owners are idiots or unable to control the dogs they live with the government assumes that there should be some new law to ‘protect’ us all.
Rubbish!!
What they need to do is single out the people with dogs who are unable to control them and inform them of the error of their ways 
Leave the rest of us alone please.
